ULVAC CRYOGENICS INCORPORATED was established in 1981 as a manufacturer specialized in cryopumps, which was unique in the world. ULVAC CRYOGENICS has developed along with the growth of vacuum systems in the field of semiconductors, LCD panels, or research, leading to the establishment of subsidiaries with manufacturing factories in South Korea and China. We are fully aware that our products play important roles in our customers’ production lines or research facilities, and we have been serving our customers by providing products that are reliable and satisfactory since the establishment.
The performance and quality of our products are highly acknowledged by our customers world-wide. Recently, we launched operation of Cryogenic Equipment Division that offers application products of cryocoolers originally used in cryopumps, aiming for further growth in the fields of low-temperature physics, superconducting devices and medical equipments.
