The ARC can be used for automatical and complete regeneration of the cryopump. This unit can be used for replacing manual regeneration, and is recommended for use with any new cryopump istallation, whether for a new vacuum system or for a old vacuum system with oil diffusion pump or turbo molecular pump.
The ARC can automatically control all accessories necessary for regeneration. By setting the calendar timer to scheduled regeneration time, regeneration will automatically starts pumping. The regeneration program can be changed according to the user's requirement.
